PSD - Issues with editable files

    Image included in PSD

No images can be included in the PSD file. The preview image can only contain photos that are free for commercial use or created by you. These images are just to show how the final file could look when the user adds their own image.

In other words, you can use a JPG that is free for commercial use or your own, but only for the preview. You cannot include it inside the PSD file. The preview must also have the label 'image not included' in a visible and readable place.

If no commercially free images are available, photos owned by Magnific may be used.

    Functionality problem

    Mask Creation and File Functionality:
The masks created must perfectly align with the elements to which they are applied. The entire content must be fully editable and clearly indicated in the asset preview image. Images and any replaceable text should follow the natural configuration of the object they are placed on to ensure the highest level of realism and make it as easy as possible for the user to perform actions within the file.

The PSD file must not present functionality issues or errors when executing actions. For example:

    • Layers that cannot be modified or that unjustifiably replace more than one element at a time.
    • Incorrectly isolated objects.
    • The smart object layer must open and apply correctly. All elements must be editable within the same software and must not contain links to external programs.

    AI Content Requirements:

In the case of AI-generated content, the same requirements apply as in the previous case: the masks must be correctly created if the asset is a cutout, the layers (if any) must be fully editable, and the editable objects must function perfectly in the case of mockups.

    Layer organization

The layers must be properly organized and named. Each editable element within the file should have its own group or folder with the object's name being edited. Additionally, the elements should be individually placed on separate layers. It should be easy to identify which layer needs editing within the folder.
